Implantological care nearby
For certain implantological treatments, Implant Company comes to the Van Hoften Tandprothetiek practice at agreed times. This means that your journey can be coordinated as much as possible at one trusted location. Your appointment confirmation states where and by whom you will be treated.
Who does what?
Van Hoften Tandprothetiek
- discusses your dental prosthetic request and possible provision;
- takes care of the dental prosthetic steps, such as impressions or scans, design, fitting, placement and aftercare;
- coordinates the planning of the prosthetic process with the implantological treatment;
- answers questions about treatments and invoices carried out or sent by Van Hoften Tandprothetiek itself.
Implant Company
- carries out the implantological examination and the agreed implantological treatment as an independent healthcare provider;
- can place implants, remove teeth and perform implant checks if this has been agreed in your treatment plan;
- provides explanations and instructions about the medical or dental part performed by Implant Company;
- bills its own treatments and uses its own administration for this.
Infomedics and your insurer
- Infomedics sends and collects Implant Company invoices and assists with questions about payment, reminders and copies.
- Your health insurer or health insurance fund determines the final reimbursement, patient contribution and any settlement with the deductible.
Clarity in advance
With a combined process, you can receive a treatment or cost overview from more than one healthcare provider. Therefore, always check the name of the healthcare provider on every cost estimate and invoice. Before the treatment, ask which parts will be carried out and billed by Van Hoften Tandprothetiek and which by Implant Company.
