Discuss the options for your practice

Availability of your practice

Is your practice still accepting patients?

We regularly receive questions from people who are looking for a dentist or other oral care. Let us know whether your practice is accepting new patients and for what care.

You can also report this if you have a waiting list or are not currently accepting new patients.

Clear collaboration

When can you refer to us?

The division of tasks follows the oral situation, your question and the applicable areas of expertise. When in doubt, we seek prior consultation.

01

Complete denture

In the case of a completely toothless jaw, we can independently examine, advise and treat the patient for a complete removable denture.

02

Partial denture

If your own teeth are present, we work on a written referral with a clear diagnosis, indication and relevant information.

03

Immediate or implant-borne

We coordinate extractions, placement, implantology, prosthetics and aftercare in advance with the dentist, implantologist or dental surgeon involved.

From referral to feedback

Collaborate in three steps

We agree in advance who will carry out which step and when consultation or referral is necessary.

  1. 1
    Coordination and referral

We discuss the request for assistance and the division of tasks. You share the relevant referral information via the agreed route.

  2. 2
    Treatment and aftercare

We take care of the intake, cost estimate and the agreed prosthetic process. We will discuss specifics with you.

  3. 3
    Report back

You will receive a report as agreed. We record who carries out which checks and aftercare.

We also think along financially

Clarity about costs for your patient

We are also happy to help you financially. Contracted prosthetic care can prevent your patient from having to pay extra through a lower reimbursement for non-contracted care. This depends on the health insurance and the treatment.

We discuss in advance the expected reimbursement, the statutory patient contribution and any deductible. This way your patient knows where he or she stands.

Frequently asked questions from referrers

Practical agreements in advance

Will I lose the patient when I refer?

No. The referral concerns the agreed prosthetic care. We do not take over regular dental check-ups and report back as agreed.

Who discusses costs and reimbursement?

We make a cost estimate for our treatment part and explain the expected reimbursement, patient contribution, deductible and any authorization. The health insurer ultimately decides on the personal claim.

What happens if problems occur after installation?

We provide dental prosthetic aftercare within the agreed process. If signals require a different assessment, we will coordinate and refer back.

Can we make fixed referral agreements?

Yes. We can make agreements about indication, referral information, accessibility, feedback, urgency and different types of prosthesis processes.

Getting to know each other collegially

What can we do for your practice?

Call or email for a first collegial conversation. Together we discuss which processes you want to refer and make agreements about task division, accessibility and feedback.
